24kupi Shipping — How Long Does Delivery Actually Take?
One of the most common questions I get about 24kupi is about shipping. How long does it take? Is it trackable? Will customs seize it? Will the package say "cheating watch" on it? I've placed 3 orders over 6 months — here's everything I know.
Where Do They Ship From?
Based on my tracking numbers, 24kupi appears to ship from Europe — likely Croatia (their WhatsApp support number is a Croatian +385 number). Some orders showed intermediate stops in other European countries, suggesting they might use fulfillment warehouses in multiple locations.
Delivery Times (To the US)
My three orders:
- Order 1 (Magic Calculator V3): 12 days door to door
- Order 2 (Ultimate Camera Bundle): 18 days door to door
- Order 3 (Invisible Watch + Earpiece): 10 days door to door
Average: about 13 days. Expect 10-20 days for standard shipping to the US. European customers likely receive orders faster (5-10 days). Other regions may vary.
DHL Express Upgrade
24kupi offers a DHL express shipping upgrade on their website. I didn't test this option, but DHL typically delivers internationally in 3-5 business days. If your exam is next week and you haven't ordered yet, this might be your only option. The upgrade cost is listed on their site as an add-on product.
Tracking
All orders came with tracking numbers via AfterShip. Tracking worked but had some quirks:
- Tracking number was emailed within 24-48 hours of ordering
- First scan appeared 2-3 days after receiving the number
- There were gaps of 2-4 days with no updates during transit
- Once the package entered the US postal system, tracking was accurate
Packaging (Discreet?)
Yes — completely discreet. All three orders arrived in plain brown or white boxes with no branding, no product descriptions, and no mention of 24kupi or exam devices. The return address was a generic European address with no company name. You could open it in front of your parents and they'd have no idea what it was until you opened the inner packaging.
Customs Issues?
None on any of my three orders. The products are classified as generic electronics (watches, calculators, USB devices), which are legal to import. There's nothing illegal about the hardware itself — it's the use that's questionable. Customs has no way to know a calculator has a hidden screen or that an earpiece is designed for exam cheating.
Billing Statement
The charge on my credit card statement showed a generic company name — not "24kupi" and nothing related to exam devices. Completely discreet billing through Shopify/Stripe.
What If It Doesn't Arrive?
I didn't experience this, but 24kupi's website states they'll reship or refund orders lost in transit. Contact them via WhatsApp (+385915961754) or email (info@24kupi.com) with your order number. Based on my interactions with their support, they respond within a few hours on WhatsApp.
Tips for Ordering
- Order at least 3 weeks before your exam — standard shipping averages 13 days but can take up to 20
- If your exam is less than 2 weeks away, pay for DHL express
- Save your tracking number — their AfterShip page works well for monitoring
- Don't panic if tracking doesn't update for 2-3 days — this is normal for international shipments
