Is 24kupi Legit? My Experience After 3 Orders

If you're reading this, you probably found 24kupi.com and you're wondering if it's a real store or a scam. Fair question — the website sells exam cheating devices, which isn't exactly a mainstream product category. I've placed 3 separate orders over the past 6 months. Here's my completely honest experience.

Short Answer: Yes, It's a Real Store

24kupi is not a scam. They are a real company that ships real products. All three of my orders arrived, and the products matched what was advertised on the website. The products actually work (with limitations I cover in my individual reviews).

That said, "legit" and "worth buying" are different questions. The store is real, but some of their products are overpriced for what they offer, and the technology in many of their devices is outdated.

My 3 Orders

Order 1: Magic Calculator V3 ($99)

Ordered in February 2026. Shipped from what appeared to be a European warehouse (based on tracking). Arrived in 12 days to the US. Packaging was plain brown box with no branding — discreet. Product worked as described. Read my full review.

Ordered in April 2026. This one took longer — 18 days. Tracking was spotty, with several days showing no movement. I contacted their WhatsApp support on day 14 and got a reply within a few hours confirming it was on the way. Everything arrived and worked. Read my full review.

Order 3: Invisible Watch + Mini Earpiece Bluetooth ($169 total)

Ordered in June 2026. Arrived in 10 days. Both products worked. The earpiece came with a spare 337 battery, which was a nice touch. Read my Invisible Watch review.

Shipping

All three orders shipped from Europe (possibly Croatia — their WhatsApp number is Croatian). Delivery to the US East Coast took 10-18 days. No customs issues on any order. Packaging was discreet — plain brown boxes with no mention of the contents.

They offer tracking on all orders through AfterShip. Tracking updates were sometimes delayed by 2-3 days but eventually caught up. No option for express shipping that I could find.

Customer Service

I contacted them twice — once via WhatsApp and once via email (info@24kupi.com).

I didn't test their refund process since all my products arrived working. Their website says they accept returns within 14 days, but I'm skeptical about how smoothly that process would go for a company selling gray-market electronics.

Payment Security

They use standard Shopify checkout with Stripe payment processing. I paid with a credit card and had no issues. The charge showed up as a generic company name on my statement — not "24kupi" or anything related to cheating devices. Discreet billing.

Red Flags (Minor)

None of these are deal-breakers. They're typical of small, niche e-commerce stores operating in gray-market categories.

Scam Indicators I Did NOT See

24kupi is a legitimate online store that sells real, functioning exam cheating devices. Your money will get you an actual product that arrives in 2-3 weeks. The products work as advertised — which is to say, they work within the significant limitations of the technology (partner dependency for cameras, tiny screens for watches, etc.).
